Tom Wilson, PhD DrPH MPH
Since 1999, Dr. Thomas Wilson has been an independent epidemiologist consultant specializing in the design, evaluation, and science-based improvement of population health programs.
Wilson, with Gary Montrose, is also the co-founder of the Population Health Impact Institute (www.PHIinstitute.org), a non-profit organization advocating for credible, independent, and transparent evaluations of organized population health management programs.
Dr. Wilson received his DrPH in Epidemiology from the UCLA School of Public Health and his PhD in bio-history from BGSU in Ohio. Prior experience: Corporate Epidemiologist at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Assistant Clinical Professor at the Columbia University School of Public Health, a NIH (NHLBI) post-doctoral fellowship, and a Fulbright lectureship award at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.
